Hi, I’m Alan. As innovation lead, designer and curious human, I test and use dozens of digital tools every week.

This space is a personal curation of the ones that truly make a difference in my work and life. Think of this page as a living toolbox — practical, evolving, and made to inspire. Whether you’re building something big or simply curious, I hope you find something useful here.

I hope they serve you as well as they serve me. If you know any others that should be on this list, feel free to reach out at [email protected].

Conceptual Thinking

Some ideas are easier to sketch than explain with words. These tools help me map out thoughts, processes, or concepts visually — especially when I’m exploring something new or messy.

AI Tools

AI completely reshaped how I work — not just in speed, but in scope. These are my three go-to AI tools, each with a distinct role in my workflow:

ChatGPT

My creative partner for almost everything: content writing, marketing copy, UX flows, strategic planning, and quick idea generation. I also use it to build diagrams, write prompts, and iterate on designs. It’s my daily co-pilot — across design, research, and communication.

Claude

My analytical brain. I use Claude for working with spreadsheets, budgets, dashboards, and structured data. It helps me calculate, track, and interpret everything from business finances to investment strategies. It also assists with calendar automations and Apple Reminders.
